Woohoo over a 3 pound loss! So excited!!

This week I vow to amp up my exercise, track everything, follow paleo and indulge in one cheat meal for my sanity haha

96.4 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 24.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
