Weight gain - however my clothes are looser so pretty sure I am gaining muscle from all the running and lifting, and losing fat and inches. I'm ok with that :)
86.1 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.8 kg a Week
