I'm feeling somewhat better but was unable to use the bathroom yesterday. My stomach is still unsettled, but I'm hoping for a full recovery soon so I can start working it again.
57.9 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hopefully you will be back at 100% tomorrow. Crazy how a little sickness kicks our butt. I had a sore throat for three days and I ate crappier and felt crappy. Today I can conquer the world! Get lots of rest and fluids. :)
