I didn't lose but def better than gaining. I def need to do better the weekend. We're having to stay home so home cooked meals should be better on calories than going out to eat. Everyone stay safe.
47.9 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
