I’m really kicking these last 10 lbs in the butt. I’ve had another diverticulitis flare up and am on a dr ordered 3 day liquid diet. I’m on day 3 and hopefully I’ll be able to make it lol

56.4 kg Lost so far: 27.9 kg. Still to go: 7.4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 7.0 kg a Week
