Can't explain why I would have gone down instead of up. Not eating white bread or white rice, but I did have buttered popcorn and quesadillas yesterday.
Read an interesting article on MJ yesterday about inflammation increasing after eating a greasy McDonald's breakfast, but a glass of OJ with the breakfast seemed to prevent the inflammation. My parents have been drinking a glass of water with a tablespoon of lemon juice every day, and it seems to have cleared up my dad's gout and also helped my mother's tendency for high blood sugar. 12:30pm to 2:20pm - crashing & burning. I don't know why I feel kinda rotten right now. I had the usual yogurt for breakfast. My neck is sore and I'm wiped out, no energy.
