Ty my friend JC, ❤👭😍. Not so easy on these steroids. I wonder if I'll ever ever ever reach my goals?

You will and if not, you will get there again ♥️💪🙌 I’m so proud of you my friend!! I posted my weight because it is what it is. I will be back in Onederland. I’m probably still there, but steroids are real and have a 💯 real effect on the body. Which also means you are probably lower than the scale reflects. Just keep it moving my friend and keep being a beautiful human being 💪♥️♥️♥️🙏🙏🙏💜💚
