I've started doing two 50 yard sprints on each lap around the track. I feel better but I must admit it's humbling to see how much slower I've become. Damn this aging thing is real, but I'm just going to try to get in the best shape I can.
99.6 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
