Getting there, slowly but surely. Sometimes I feel like the amount of effort I am putting in is not equal to what I am getting out, but I know that it will happen eventually. I just want to get to that next level down (below 160)and I will feel a little better!
74.0 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 12.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
