aggie95's Journal, 19 Apr 13

Well, the scale moved slightly! It's a move in the right direction. Shopping last night was good. I got fitted for new bras. I went down 2 cup sizes!!! But there is still quite abit of flubber that needs to go that is under the arm pit area...anyone have a good exercise to get rid of flubber there!! Plus, looking at myself in the mirror, I noted, I still have the muffin tops hanging over the jeans. So, well I'm happy that I'm 25 lbs less, I noticed that there is room for improvement and any ideas are welcomed! Anyway, I ended up getting 3 new bras and then I went to the outlet mall. I got 4 pairs of pants for the office for the spring/summer from Tommy Hilfilger. THey were having some good sales. But these pants just fit so there is no room to go backwards on the weight loss thing...if they shrink I'm screwed too...hopefully this will be more motivation to keep working out!! I then went to the Nike store and got some tank tops for running in this summer. I also went to the Osh Kosh store and got my son some swimming trunks, swim shirt and a pair of shorts. It was fun shopping but it was very rushed too. I didn't even stop for any supper. I waited until I got home and then had a peanut butter sandwich! On a side note, yesterday a small farm came up for sale that we've kinda had our I on. My DH set up a viewing time for next week. Seems like a big step for us but I've always been around farming and would like it to still happen for my son too. I said to DH last night that if it is meant to be, it will happen for us. Hopefully, I don't stress to much about it for the next few days. DH is working night shift this weekend, so me and the little guy are off to my parents to help out with the farm tomorrow. Suppose to be a cold day too. We got tease yesterday and into today with warm weather. A cold front moves in this evening and will cool us down to winter weather temps again! Well, have a great weekend everyone!!

Glad you found some new clothes! Keeping my fingers crossed it works out with the farm, what a great thing to be able to pass on to your son! We've had rain everyday with ok temps, but a cold front came through last night and we are back in the 40's, I don't think it is supposed to warm up much for the weekend, but the sun should come back out (I hope!) Have a great weekend!

I hope you get the farm! I'm so excited for you. Sorry. First I was all wow way to go. If you lived closer I would love to go shopping with you and do a girly shopping day. Then the news of the farm came and for some reason a farm is way more exciting. I'm a big ol farm geek. Great job on the loss. :)

The best thing you can do is to just keep going. 25 lbs. is amazing, so keep up the good work!! I hope things work out for you witht he farm. I lived in the country growing up and went to a small town school, so I always thought that's where I'd end up, but now I don't live in a huge city but about 50-60000 people and my kids will be in huge classes compared to my class of 45. Good luck!!

You and I are close in weight. Today I went to Kohl's and bought a Spanx tank top that will help with the muffin top in the lower rise jeans. I'm really proud of you!
