Well, I went home feeling horrible on Tuesday and still am not feeling great today. I don't know if I'll make it the whole day, but probably at least until I eat lunch. After I eat I feel like I've been punched in the stomach and then I'm nauseated and have stomach cramps, but the problem is that I have to eat because I'm still hungry. I think my insides are all twisting and turning into knots.
I am not going to be able to work out until these cramps go away, so I'm hoping I don't get too far behind. I was doing so well too, and then this hits and I'm behind. Ugh. Oh well, that's life and I just have to get back to the routine when I'm feeling up to it. I guess a positive is that I really miss my workout, I wanted to do it yesterday, but I just couldn't. So, I'm hoping that feeling sticks with me until I feel better.

Hope you feel better soon! Stomach cramps are so not fun! Since you are back into a regular workout routine, I bet you'll be missing your workouts and be able to jump right back in when you are feeling better with no problem!
