I honestly don’t know what I’m doing wrong! I’m eating the right calories, I’m constantly doing exercise...
55.4 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

What’s your water intake like?

I’ve been speaking to my nutritionist and that’s where she thinks the problem is. My water intake needs to be the same everyday so I’ve set myself a 3litre target everyday. Hopefully that will make a difference... fingers crossed!! Xx

My water intake is terrible, but I went from 1 glass to 2-3 litres of water a day and in the first week I out on 4lbs and was devastated at my weigh in. So I personally would recommend working up to a 3ltr a day at a consistent pace, it’ll probably help you if you get the whole peeing every 5 minutes when you start drinking more issue same as me
