I’m new to all of this. Just started March 3rd. Still not sure what plan I am following just watching portions and choosing to eat low carb. I’m diabetic so I’m pretty scared about my weight. My doctor says I’m doing well so far. And I am actually not hungry right now. I’m doing the 16:8 intermittent fasting as well and it has proven to be helpful as well. You guys on FS seem very supportive of one another and I look forward to this journey with you!
141.0 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 72.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you all for your support. I don’t cook so I guess it’s about time I learned to prepare something besides boiled eggs and opening a can of green beans 😃. It’s worked so far though. But I have to get more varied nutrients. Thanks again for the support.
