Started walking and eating less sugar.

Sugar is good to eat less of.. I cut down alot too , feel better and no more of that sugar drop and then eating like a pig because I felt I needed to eat to rid that sugar drop feeling.. some people can handle sugar if they burn it off fast... not me.. walking I think is the best excercise and stress reliever..keep up the good work!
