Thanks you for your welcom Jsfantome! Today is my first day on Fatsecret, and I make a vow now to log in every day and record every mouthful and exercise I do. Have been on Phase 1 for one week, tomorrow is the start of my second week and have promised myself some extra activities by way exerting my under used body.
