I am flummoxed! After the extra training I am doing for the 1/2 Marathon, I find myself eating way too much and losing the ground that I made on my weight. It is amazing how fast a person can increase in weight!!!!!! I am glad that I am tracking closely and am maintaining my weight at a reasonable level (I am 6'-4"), but having a hard time getting back to my goal weight. I will still keep up the lessons learned and will be the better for it (but I have to stop eating all the leftovers that my family keeps putting into the fridge - i.e. pizza, cheesecake, etc.). Will also be making a new batch of green smoothie. Missed out on having a glass yesterday.
