Hi FatSecret-Nation! I've never done this blogging stuff before, so here goes. I've been limiting my cals to around 1500/day since day one of this process. I also only eat in a 5 hour window every day. I think the 19 hr/day fasting part has been a game changer. I like the feeling now, but the first 10 days was absolutely brutal! Well...It's been 67 days and I'm looking to see 207 lbs by Memorial Day. We'll see. Sending positive wishes to all. 2HJ
