Monthly treat of McDonalds, Chinese takeaway, and big roast dinner with cake for pudding.... plus soda bread. Not good for the system.
I think we're seeing a pattern here, and that carbs are my enemy. I can't resist soda bread, and this was home-made stuff, from a country market. A one-off treat that won't be repeated.
Another change though, I restarted a particular painkiller after a week off (the week I lost 8lbs), and this might have something to do with it.
