😀 So, even after my yummy meal of Lobster Ravioli in lemon butter sauce last night I'm down. After a late morning breakfast of 2 eggs on toast I didn't feel hungry til late afternoon & ended up eating 2 cups of popcorn as a snack. I had lots of calories left to indulge in my dinner. I could have kept the calories down by eating a smaller serving of the ravioli, but Hubby & I shared what was designated as 3 1/2 servings total.

I did get in an afternoon walk yesterday, but no yard work. My daughter & I got on the phone & 3 hours later we finally hung up. She lives across the country in Texas so we count these long catch up calls as a substitute for a lunch outing with each other 😃 With our schedules we don't get to do it often.

Today is supposed to be sunny & nice again so maybe there will be some raking. Just poked my head outside & it's still chilly, so I might give it an hour.

I'm feeling pretty pleased with managing things since I hit my goal. Of course I realize it's early days. I've been here before & fell off the wagon so to speak. This is going to ge the time it works!
65.9 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
