Made it back to my November/December low. Three weeks into keto and I definitely feel less hungry than when I was eating more carbs, planning to keep this up for at least a couple months if not more long term.
102.5 kg Lost so far: 31.3 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
