So I was feeling good, looking in the mirror before I weighed... and it said that I’ve put on 4lb!!!! That meant I was weighing more than my start weight. I then went back on a few minutes later and it said I’d put on 5 pounds... which now makes me think my scales are not very accurate...? What do you think. Last week I ate the same cal count and lost 2lb?? So I’m really confused

Are you weighing yourself on and empty stomach with basically no clothes on? Did you eat late last night? You need to have a routine to weigh in, that means same clothes, after youve been toilet etc, even then weight can fluctuate, plus home scales can be annoyingly inconsistent try moving the around (kick them) and see if the reading changes.

I’d ditch those scales! 😂 Maybe they need some new batteries? Feeling good is better than a number, well done for sticking to your plan 👍

I weigh first thing completely naked (cos who wants extra pounds from their pj’s??) my friend suggested changing the batteries! The scales are new so that’s a bit annoying?

Gotta agree with Elffie how you feel is the best indicator. Any audition news yet?

I don’t like digital scales so have bought an old fashion pair. Tested with bags of potatoes and seem accurate. Use same position on hard floor in bath room

I agree with the comment posted. make sure the scales are on a hard level surface. If they are new take them back and complain.

same thing here, I tried 4 tines before I went down a kilo. I find putting it on flat surface somewhere that I way what I think is correct, is better.
