Yay a loss! Yay a loss! I was so unmotivated to work out this week, but managed a few sessions. I ate pretty good but wasn't paleo 100% by far. Still a loss though so I'm happy:)
97.2 kg Lost so far: 3.0 kg.    Still to go: 25.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
