Happy 😊 Monday to our FatSecret health supporters. I got home yesterday, from Las Vegas, and enjoyed the trip so much. Generally, it is very difficult to diet there, but only ate one meal a day, plus many snacks. Lol Drank beer Saturday night at Hofbrauhaus with Anja, and John. I hadn’t seen Anja in months. Was generally, a good boy, and look 👀 forward to returning next month, I believe. Just had a slight bump up in weight, so I’m pretty happy. I will post some Vegas meals, and you ALL have a nice day, and week. ❤️
