I have altered my RDI to an even lower calorie count than was recommended, 2000. kcal. I have been at or below that for several
days now, and my body is responding now.
113.4 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
