Sick SLE Lupus flare ongoing
Free day, but my protein was more than my fat %.
Finally!

Thank you for the support avd espousing the encouragement. I am actually doing better today. Just been a rough couple of weeks. I have so much wrong, but this new life I gave myself helps so much. I have chronic pain due to severe spinal trauma and 8 autoimmune disorders the primary being SLELupus. My motto-Never give up-Never stop smiling. I will keep trying . Thanks again and many joys on your journey. 💜💜🤗🤗
