Slightly elevated today, but nothing to worry about. I did eat a little more yesterday. Not sure if it was choice of foods or activity level but I felt hungry a couple of times. I had a slice of brioche for breakfast instead of my usual 1/2 bagel & peanut butter. Lunch was 1 slice of left over pizza. I also ended up eating 2 cups of popcorn & hot tea late afternoon cause I felt hungry. This morning I had 2 eggs on 1 slice toast. I'll see if that holds me longer.

I also ate 2 dark chocolate candy kisses after lunch. I had an occular migraine (without pain....just wavy vision) & wanted some quick caffeine.

I tackled cleaning up our guest room....stored the Christmas wrappping/ bows I had purchased after Christmas and the gift bags, etc. I planned to recycle. I also hung up the "too large" stack of pants I had pulled from my closet. Need to decide if I'm going to try to sell them or donate. Stripped the sheets & laundered them....just need to remake the bed. That & some other housework kept me busy.

I also fit in an afternoon walk. The weather was cold but other than some early afternoon flurries the rain never came.

Tonight's dinner is pot roast with onions, baby carrots & potatoes in the slow cooker 😋 Comfort food.
66.0 kg Lost so far: 12.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
