Good Monday Morning! Finally Showing a decrease on the scale this morning! Been straddling the 160 - 170 range for the past month.. Up 3 pounds down 4 pounds etc etc..
Involved in a water challenge so this will hold me responsible with the increase of water and I can meet the minimum 8 cups (64oz) a day..
New day, New week.... :D
76.1 kg Lost so far: 17.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
