No change in weight but I am working out 5 days a week now. I know my body is holding onto water again and I will eventually get a nice little whoosh. I didn't feel like working out today but we (son and I) still went. My favorite part is the red light therapy after my workout. I still have a lot to do but I will get there. My back has been okayish working out, not great but workable.
112.0 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 59.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
