day 6 of 40 day juice fast. Wasn't going to weigh in til done - but chose to give in :( ...reminded myself before getting on the scale that I am not defined by what it read -good or bad! I have been obedient to God, didn't eat out of emotion or in secret and I have exercised regularly!! Good job!! Keep it up...with the Lords help I will overcome!!
