Went off the diet wagon for a week...ate too many carbs, Danish, chocolate, ice cream. Did exercise more but did not control hunger afterwards effectively. Felt down.
113.9 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
