Weight hasn’t changed but lost 4 inches of bloat/ fat from tummy do can’t complain 😀
55.7 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thats good. Whole, natural foods are great for getting the bloat moved along! Healthy inside shows up on the outside!
