Apparently my body thinks being between 146 & 147 is a good place to be 😐 I can't seem to get past that last pound or 2. I've averaged just under my RDI this week so far. I admit in the previous weeks I averaged just over. 🙄

I tried another riced cauliflower mix last night....Green Giant Riced Veggies Cauliflower Medley....gotta say in spite of sautéing it in some butter, garlic, onions and spices it was kinda bland. I'm not loving the texture either...not really a rice texture. I was hoping with the really low calorie content I'd like it, but it's just OK.

Hubby & I tackled pulling over the huge tree top that torpedoed it's way into the ground a few months ago. We had cleaned up a bunch of the branches & brush, already. Hubby ended up tieing a rope around the upper part (which entailed leaning a ladder up against it to reach the top 😦) & pulling it over with the truck. This tree top with protruding branches was taller than some of the other trees around it! Today he's going to chainsaw it up so we can drag it into the woods or chip up smaller branches. After the tree I spent some time with the big nippers cutting back all the volunteer Nandina bushes that had popped up around the house in our side garden. If nothing else it was nice being outside for a few hours. It was cool (mid 50s) but sunny. Today is supposed to be similar but clouds are moving in with rain expected the next 3 days 😐

So....need to get dressed for yard work so I can supervise Hubby while he chain saws 😊

I haven't found riced cauliflower to be worth the carbs; it's just plain boring. I like zucchini zoodles better.
