A loss is a loss I guess.
A bit disappointed.
96.0 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

this is good! As you say a loss is still a loss. My persobal target is to lose 1-2lb a week so I would be chuffed with that 😂

Thanks! Yeah I'd usually be happy with this loss but I haven't had a cheat day so I was expecting at least a 2Ibs loss. Well here's to another week! Hope you're well.
