I ate. Eleven Hundred calories yesterday. I try and stay as close to 800 as possible to give me the deficit I need. Got on the scale this morning and it was the same as yesterday. Until I am more active, I cannot exceed the 800 calorie mark. I try and keep my carbs as much to vegetables as possible. No sugar or flour!
92.0 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
