Made it under 180! Now I hope I can maintain it until I lose more. It has been since last summer when I was in the 160s so I am getting there slowly. Eating healthy, exercising and not feeling hungry at all. I hope everyone is doing well with their goals! 😊
80.7 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
