So yesterday was a snow day here 😊💕⛄ We lost power for about 2 1/2 hours. The worst thing about that was the uncertainty. We were warm cause we have a very efficient fireplace insert and it was daylight. I spent much of the day curled up on the sofa with a book. I did venture outside late afternoon to take a few photos.
I got a craving for popcorn & went with it. I ate a big bowl by myself...all 425 calories. Without it I would have come in under my RDI, but sometimes you just have to go with it. 😊

The snow is melting today, but some may hang around a day more....maybe in the shady spots. We don't drive out of our neighborhood when it snows. Our driveway is long & steep and our neighborhood roads are private...so no scraping or plowing us out.

Hope everyone has a nice Sunday!

Sounds like a perfect day! I cleaned from sun up to sun down yesterday. Skipped the gym but plenty of moving around all day. I'm ready for spring. The snow is pretty but it seems to be making me lazy.

That uncertainty - yep. I USED to say I'd love being snowed in all alone for about a week. When I recognize myself going stir crazy after a few hours... I know I wouldn't love it as much.

Bella, we have been snowed in for a few days before and without power for up to a week. What starts out as an adventure can get old after awhile 😯 Thankfully, the power was restored quickly and we were able to enjoy a lazy day.
