Thanks Ladies! I'm on a tuna meal plan now. I will fill you in on how successful that is. So far, the ham sandwich plan is a fast way to lose weight. I'm slowing down and letting my body catch up with the recent weight loss by maintaining 176.5 for a week or so. Then, back with the downward trend. I know I'm on to something! Thanks for your support, and as I always say now, remember, that the power is most definently yours! JCmama, Shirfleur, Missy Brubaker, and Melissa!!! ❤❤❤

Yes let us all know! So happy for your success! As for smoking..way to go! I smoked a pk a day, with mild Asthma since I was 20..At 58 I got sick, could not breathe..had to sit up on the couch bent over pillows to sleep..I was admitted to the hosp. stayed 4 days..I couldnt even walk across the room because I could not catch my breathe..I told hubby to go home, throw away the carton of cigs, and the ash trays..he did & its been almost 6 yrs I have been smoke FREE and I have NOT had to take any more Asthma meds! The temptation is there sometimes but I'd rather breathe! Wishing you mush success!!!

I am not tempted to smoke at all, but then, there is no smoking ciggarettes in my home or near my home and I do not go to establishments where people do smoke. Its tougher to live around smokers I will say and if that is the situation, I feel for you. I made a stand and told everyone around me that there is no smoking near me whatsoever. This made people who smoked dissapeared unfortunately for some, and the ones that loved me quit with me. It was a tough decision, but I did it for me.
