Well, even though I didn't get to exercise, I ate only 23 grams of gcarbs yesterday. I am aiming for 20 grams per day so I went over by 3 grams.

I think I will be able to get to my goal weight in no time as long as I keep up with the diet.
70.2 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 8.9 kg a Week
