Still really sore from my first workout in years.. probably some water retention because of that. Also had 8 oz water before weighing. Doing well, so I'm not going to get discouraged!
90.2 kg Lost so far: 9.9 kg.    Still to go: 31.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
