Just over half a pound down....nice since dinner was Lasagna rolls with a nice meat sauce....and wine. It put me over my RDI a tiny bit, but my body seems to have responded well.

I've missed out on the afternoon walk the past couple of days. Rain has kept us indoors. I did run out to the library & grocery store yesterday to pick up a few things. The rain overnight was heavy with lightning & thunder loud enough to shake the windows. Our dogs don't like the thunder, especially our Lucy. They were awake early. Luckily for me Hubby volunteered to take them out. But, since I was awake I decided to get up. I'm not a morning person....I'm usually awake late reading after we get into bed.

Rain expected all day so another indoor day. Tomorrow is supposed to clear up but the cold us coming back.

I'm looking forward to Spring. I'm hoping to get more gardening done. My stamina has improved with the weight loss & daily walks. I'm also planning to encourage Hubby to get out of the neighborhood for some of our walks. We used to walk the trails in a local park & around a small lake in our community. Hubby has had some issues with his ankle so we stopped for awhile. Gaining weight kept me from feeling very enthusiastic about walking. My motivation is returning 😊
