After a cheat day! I still watched the calories.
85.5 kg Lost so far: 8.0 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you. I’ve tried so hard. When I changed my diet, and with the help of this app, I’m down 12 lbs. I do cheat day and if I want a sweet I eat it. I can’t fast due to medical issues. Good luck on your journey!

I never call it a cheat day, as I want to stay positive, I call it a Carb rebuild day !!!
