Almost to 180 lbs! It sure is hard but I am eating more vegetables and fruits, portion control, healthier snacks, drinking more water and exercising daily. I hope everyone is doing well with their goals! 😊
82.6 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
