aggie95's Journal, 22 Mar 13

No change this week in the weight but I know why. I haven't been very diligent in the working out this week. I've gone out for runs only twice this week and I haven't done many crunches, lunges, squats or pushups as I normally would do. Yesterday, we went for a walk at lunch and I was just not in the mood to do anything. I was actually surprised that I managed that. I was feeling very tired. Today I feel better and hope to get out for a run at lunch. We were over to my parents last night. Good thing too, as my dad was not feeling good and told me to finish up the chores as he was going to lay on the couch. I just glad that I can do that for him and I hope he will feel better today. My mom knows to call me if he's not and I will go and do the chores again.

I hope the weather will get better too. Maybe everyone's moods will brighten up as well and we'll all feel better and get more active.
Here's hoping that everyone has a great weekend!
