OK, I took a little time off, and went right back to my bad eating habits. Although I didn't completely gain all my weight back, I did manage to keep some of it off. Now, I'm pursuing this again. It worked GREAT the first time, and I'm hoping I can do even better this time. I definitely feel it in my body when I'm not eating well. So, here we go again, and believe me...this will be the LAST time! ;o)
