Well I am back getting close to my goal weight and it feels great. Not sure why fasting is working in the last week or so but its going well. I have to do better with exercise. My walking buddy broke her foot so I kind of loss my drive. But went out dancing this weekend and that was great exercise so trying to get new ways of burning calories. GOing to go skating this week.
66.5 kg Lost so far: 44.6 kg.    Still to go: 3.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
