Always had anxiety about going to the gym by myself so up until today i always just went when my boyfriend went or worked out at home BUT today i up and got my own membership. I am officially a member of Crunch. No more excuses i will be making my goal this year.
78.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
