Not bad....yesterday Hubby suggested stopping for a sandwich while we were out & about. We went to a local pizza/Italian place & had a beer and shared a small stromboli. I ended up eating 1 piece & a bit cause the 2nd piece I chose was an end & mostly bread. I left at least half. I estimated the calories, but assumed it was more than my usual afternoon meal/snack. Decided dinner should be lower cal so we had salad & tilapia. The ingredients of my salads vary according to how many calories in the budget for dinner. I like a variety but I always measure out the toppings.

I was out shopping for a Birthday gift for my great niece who's having a party on Sat. I need to replace a pair of black pants that went in the giveaway pile cause they got way too big. So, I stopped into a local store & tried on a stack of pants. I didn't buy any but was pleasantly rewarded with the knowledge that size 12s are definitely too big. (I was squeezing into my 14s in July when I started) I brought one pull on style in a large & med. into the fitting room & ended up going back for a small...that fit.

It was threatening rain yesterday afternoon but we did get in a walk before it started. Today it's raining & quite gloomy out. We reserved a couple of Redbox movies so they're on the agenda.
Birthday party tomorrow. That always entails snacky foods & cake. Then Sunday we're probably going to the Winery to see a musical group we discovered in Dec. So of course there will be wine 🍷♫♪♬ 😀 and probably dinner after. Just need to think moderation....
