Wooooo Hoooo! Below 160 finally. Just wanna say thanks to all of you who have given me a place to come to and people to talk with to help me along on this hard but rewarding journey! :) I'm thinking i might shoot for the dream weight, lol.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
