patience pays. back on the downward path now I am back on the wagon. plus its warming up, only -25 this morning, practically spring weather 😉 life is good.
116.6 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
