It sucks when other people get in the way of your goals. It's even worse when you get in your own way. I'm tired of the excuses and the 'holidays' I'm doing this.

Sorry I dont do diet supplements Im only 18 so I dont want to mess up my body's natural cycles. It does what it's supposed to when I treat it right. I'm just not treating it right
